The location of the hotel is great for exploring Rossio Square on foot. The hotel is situated in a tourist area, close to trams, trains, castles, museums. Our room was modern, stylish, and spacious with a large bedroom.

The premium queen room was beautifully decorated with a scenic view, and the presence of an ironing board, coffee/tea maker, and work desk were great amenities to have.

Thank you for making our stay perfect 10/10. the hotel offers a very good breakfast. - the well-decorated rooms were a nice touch. - the location is practical, just a short stroll away from a Moorish castle.

This venue is located centrally near everything, with all the staff members being genuinely helpful and very efficient.

The bed in the premium queen room was exceptionally comfortable. the room was equipped with an iron/ironing board, a coffee/tea maker, and a work desk. - the breakfast was satisfactory and included great coffee and cheeses.

Wonderful peaceful, boutique hotel in the Alfama district. Amazing views from rooftop bar and spacious premium room with large terrace. Good sized bathroom with nice bath products and walk-in shower. Helpful staff, great location for sites and public transport.

The food was good. Location in old town area was great. Room had great patio (with lawn!!) on 7th floor.

Air conditioning in room was very poor, making sleeping difficult. Reception very indifferent during our arrival. Carried our own bags into the hotel...no bellman.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was very helpful and courteous, always informing me of any request I had. The hotel facilities were clean and spacious, with a beautiful terrace offering stunning views. The location was perfect, right in the midst of a bustling neighborhood, yet the room was quiet at night. The breakfast provided was delicious and the transportation options were convenient, with easy access to Rossio square and the Comércio Plaza. this hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The location was absolutely amazing, right in the heart of the city. When I arrived, I was a bit skeptical because the exterior looked a bit unappealing, but as soon as I stepped inside, I was pleasantly surprised. The lobby may be small, but it had a cozy charm to it. I was lucky enough to stay in suite 725, which had a breathtaking view of the old city. The terrace was a perfect spot to take some beautiful photos and enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine while overlooking the historic area.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as passing through the kitchen to reach my room and the repetitive breakfast menu, these were overshadowed by the overall excellent experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and anyone looking for a great place to stay in a superb location.
